Guardian Aquatics is currently hiring for the summer season of 2023! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as lifeguards.

As a lifeguard at Guardian Aquatics, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable pool experience for all guests. In addition to enforcing pool guidelines and providing assistance to members, guests, and prospects, you will have the opportunity to enhance your life-saving skills, develop responsibility and leadership qualities, make new friends, and even achieve a sun-kissed tan!

At Guardian Aquatics, we offer a range of benefits for our lifeguards. You can expect competitive hourly pay ranging from $13 to $18, depending on your experience and availability. We also provide a sign-in bonus of $100 and an end-of-season bonus of $100 for those who work from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Your responsibilities as a lifeguard will include greeting individuals as they enter the pool area, performing rescues and following proper first aid procedures, testing water quality and maintaining records, keeping the pool, deck, and pump room clean, assisting with equipment maintenance, and adhering to employee standards of conduct and ethics.

To join our team, you must be at least 16 years old, authorized to work in the USA, and able to pass lifeguard training. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong motivation to work and have fun is essential.
