Are you a strong swimmer with a passion for safety? Guardian Aquatics is currently seeking new team members, no prior experience necessary!

Position: Lifeguard

 

Responsibilities
  1. Safety First: Maintain a constant vigilance to prevent accidents and promptly respond to any emergencies that may arise.
  2. Enforce Pool Rules: Implement and enforce pool regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
  3. Swift Water Rescues: Be prepared to perform water rescues with confidence and efficiency, using proper techniques and equipment.
  4. First Aid Expertise: Administer first aid and CPR as needed, demonstrating your life-saving skills when every second counts.
  5. Hazard Detection: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring a safe environment for all pool users.
  6. Water Quality Maintenance: Monitor and maintain water quality, adjusting chemical levels as required to ensure optimal health and hygiene standards.
  7. Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with pool guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
  8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow lifeguards and staff, fostering a supportive and cohesive team environment.
  9. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest safety protocols through ongoing training and continuous skill enhancement.

 

Qualifications
  • Strong swimming abilities and physical fitness to perform water rescues and respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of pool safety procedures, first aid, and CPR.
  • Minimum age: 16 years

 

Job Benefits
