Position: Lifeguard
Responsibilities
- Safety First: Maintain a constant vigilance to prevent accidents and promptly respond to any emergencies that may arise.
- Enforce Pool Rules: Implement and enforce pool regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Swift Water Rescues: Be prepared to perform water rescues with confidence and efficiency, using proper techniques and equipment.
- First Aid Expertise: Administer first aid and CPR as needed, demonstrating your life-saving skills when every second counts.
- Hazard Detection: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring a safe environment for all pool users.
- Water Quality Maintenance: Monitor and maintain water quality, adjusting chemical levels as required to ensure optimal health and hygiene standards.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with pool guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow lifeguards and staff, fostering a supportive and cohesive team environment.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest safety protocols through ongoing training and continuous skill enhancement.
Qualifications
- Strong swimming abilities and physical fitness to perform water rescues and respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Knowledge of pool safety procedures, first aid, and CPR.
- Minimum age: 16 years
